Order information you expressly provide
If you buy something from our store, we will need more specific information about you. To fully process your order and ship the merchandise you selected, we need your personal data such as your first and last name, your email address and your shipping and billing address. We also use your contact and order information to send you communication related to the processing of your order. We will ask you to provide this information in our "checkout page" before letting you finalize your purchase with the payment.

When someone visits airvivid.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We collect your name and email when you subscribe to our 'Newsletter Sign Up' widget. We use these to send you marketing emails with offers, discounts and news.
We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

How do we process your information?
We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. BigCommerce is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection. You can check its participation in the Privacy Shield here on the official site of The International Trade Administration (ITA), U.S. Department of Commerce.
Through BigCommerce, we also use other, highly specialized external providers to provide the most competitive services. For example:
Payment: Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information), but we want to use accredited companies to process your credit card information.
Shipping: We integrate with a number of shipping companies to fulfill your orders.
Partnering with highly specialized external companies allows us to focus on what we do best: selling great products.
How can you control your personal data?
If you have an account with us, you can log in and see and edit your personal data in your account page.If you cannot exercise your choice on your account page or if you do not have an account with us, please reach out to us, at the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will be more than happy to help.
To stop receiving marketing communications from us:

If you send an e-mail request, please be sure to include your current contact information, and indicate specifically what type of marketing communication(s) (for example, e-mail, direct mail and/or phone) you wish to stop receiving. Please note that due to production, mailing and system timelines, and the form in which we received your request, it may take up to one week for e-mails, thirty calendar days for phone calls, and six weeks for direct mail to remove you from Airvivid marketing lists. Until the change takes effect, you may still receive marketing communications from us. Also, please note that even though you may have requested not to receive future marketing communications, you may still receive business-related notices such as billing information, or other organization-related information.
How long do we keep your data?
We will store personal information for as long as it is needed to provide users and customers with the required services or to meet legal or tax obligations or for the minimum period prescribed by the law.
We also keep some data for security investigation. Most importantly, we have specific obligations for fraud detection and tax reasons. We will promptly delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed or retained according to the law.
Users are entitled to receive confirmation as to whether the Controllers hold any personal information about them. If this is the case, under the GDPR, users also hold the rights to:
